New Patients
If you’re visiting our Eagle chiropractic care center for the first time, we’d like you to know exactly what to expect. It’s our goal to make your time with us a comfortable and relaxing experience.
The ambience of our practice is meant to instill a perception of confidence and hope. Most patients immediately get the feeling of “I’m in the right place.” We hope you do, too.
We encourage you to download the new patient forms from this website and complete them at home. This action will save you valuable time in the office. If you don’t have access to the forms, no worries; you can fill out your paperwork when you arrive for your appointment. We also recommend that you minimize your exercise and caffeine intake a couple of hours before you come in.
Your initial appointment will take about 45 to 60 minutes. As you enter the clinic, you’ll be warmly greeted and invited to complete any unfinished new patient paperwork. You’ll then meet with one of our experienced doctors who will conduct an in-depth assessment, including
- A consultation
- A health and trauma history
- Spinal palpation
- Computerized, painless, noninvasive diagnostic scans of the spinal elements
- X-rays, if necessary
Your second appointment will take about 30 to 45 minutes. During this visit, the doctor will evaluate your examination, scan and X-ray findings to help you understand the source of your problem. He’ll also discuss customized care options to help you start feeling your best.
You’ll then receive your first gentle chiropractic adjustment.
One of our staff will then review any insurance benefits that you may have, including Medicare. We’re in-network providers for Blue Cross, Blue Shield, and Select Health. The Chiropractor at Castlebury accepts all major credit cards and health savings accounts.
